Absolutely. I’ve worked with lots of women who’ve made incredible progress training entirely at home. Some have even enjoyed it so much that they later chose to invest in a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell — but that’s completely optional.
Yes, completely. My coaching is tailored to your experience, your goals, and your lifestyle. I work with women who are complete beginners, as well as those training for events like HYROX or aiming to improve their running PBs.
No, not at all. You never have to upload anything you’re not comfortable with. That said, I do encourage clients to take progress photos for themselves, as they’re one of the best ways to see changes that aren’t always obvious day-to-day.
