If you’re unsure whether coaching is right for you, these are the questions I’m asked most, and the answers I give every client.

No, there are no contracts. I want to make sure we’re the right fit for each other, so I would never tie anyone in. Instead, at the end of each programming month or challenge, I’ll simply check in to see if you’d like to continue.

Absolutely. I’ve worked with lots of women who’ve made incredible progress training entirely at home. Some have even enjoyed it so much that they later chose to invest in a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell — but that’s completely optional.

Yes, completely. My coaching is tailored to your experience, your goals, and your lifestyle. I work with women who are complete beginners, as well as those training for events like HYROX or aiming to improve their running PBs.

No, not at all. You never have to upload anything you’re not comfortable with. That said, I do encourage clients to take progress photos for themselves, as they’re one of the best ways to see changes that aren’t always obvious day-to-day.

That’s completely normal, and you’re not alone. You don’t need to be fit, confident, or experienced to start. My job is to support you from wherever you are right now and help you build confidence along the way.
